"In 2021, our family began a planned 10-year journey to transition ownership of the company to the next generation. While the process was not always easy, it was guided by the values, vision, and work ethic that our parents instilled in us from the very beginning. Although our dad is no longer with us after tragically losing his life in a work accident, his spirit, leadership, and love for this business continue to guide us every day. Our mom's commitment, strength, and belief in our family's future made this transition possible. Through trust, communication, and a shared commitment to preserving what was built before us, we reached an outcome that left everyone feeling respected and successful. We are grateful for the foundation our parents created and excited to carry that legacy forward for future generations. The faces of ownership may be changing, but the values remain the same."
